What are the benefits of doing temporary nursery work over the Summer in Bristol?

With warmer weather here and many Early Years students graduating, we are getting more candidates asking about the benefits of doing temporary nursery work over the Summer in Bristol.

There are many benefits to carrying out temporary nursery work during the Summer months in Bristol.

Our Early Years recruitment experts have been based in Clifton since 2009 and have direct access to the best nursery settings across the city.

We cater for the placement of full-time nursery agency jobs in various BS postcodes, but also provide temporary nursery work in Bristol.

The main benefits for candidates when it comes to temporary nursery work over the Summer months in Bristol include:

Ongoing Flexibility

Temporary nursery jobs during the Summer in Bristol offer a high amount of flexibility, whether you are looking for full-time or part-time nursery work.

This can be a positive step for a candidate who has left a full-time role and is looking for another nursery. It can also be useful in finding permanent work.

With an Early Years Foundation Course in place, a candidate could join us with guaranteed hours (subject to terms and conditions) and work across different nurseries in Bristol of their choice.

Guaranteed Work

One of the main objections we hear to getting temporary nursing work in Bristol is the lack of regular work. This doesn't have to be the case.

We give candidates guaranteed work. This means that if a candidate is available three days per week and we are unable to place them in a Bristol nursery for three days per week, they will still receive that pay weekly.

A candidate can then guarantee to gain six hours' pay per day, despite the full day of temporary nursery work not having been made available to them.

Temporary nursery work over the Summer months in Bristol with Class Recruit means exactly that. Nursery work for the whole period.

Holiday Pay & Industry Training

Class Recruit provides candidates doing temporary nursery work over the Summer in Bristol with a basic level of holiday pay and training if required.

Early Years Sector Experience

Students studying for Early Years qualifications can get sector experience with us in a variety of different nursery settings, giving them invaluable insight.

We can confirm the number of hours you've worked for us, which you can use to support an element of your course if you have to complete a number of placement hours within the Early Years sector - and get paid for it as well.

Having worked across a number of different Early Years settings in Bristol on a temporary basis also gives candidates the best options for reference when it comes to choosing a permanent job in Bristol.
